Second, we recognize that many homeowners don’t have someone they can consistently rely on for fair, dependable help with routine maintenance or smaller household tasks. Most contractors and handymen won’t make a trip for the “small stuff.” That’s where we come in.

When you’re on one of our maintenance plans, we’re happy to take care of those smaller needs—whether it’s replacing light bulbs, adding salt to your water softener, changing RO filters, hanging pictures, cleaning ceiling fans, replacing faucets, cleaning refrigerator coils, or whatever else you might be in need of—all at a reasonable price while we’re already there.

We offer custom plans based on individual needs, however, most plans are either annual (one visit per year), semi-annual (two visits per year), or quarterly (four visits per year).

Each client’s needs are unique, but those who schedule multiple visits per year typically do so for one of two reasons. First, they understand that HVAC filters should be replaced several times annually to maintain optimal air quality and system efficiency. Second, they recognize that more frequent visits provide the flexibility to have additional maintenance tasks completed without incurring extra trip charges or paying the higher rates often charged by competitors who generally won’t come out for the “small” jobs.

Our maintenance plans are built around 5 core services.  All 5 core services are covered in the Platinum Package while the other Packages include anywhere from 3-4 of the 5 core services.

Yes, we can make custom plans that do not include any of our core services.  

Yes, we offer a wide range of services based on individual needs and customize each plan for the client.  

In order to offer Custom 1 Package and Custom 2 Package, it was easer to group services together based on similar pricing and create two different groups. 

Platinum Package includes all 5 core services listed below: 

-Water Heater Flush (annual)

-Dryer Vent Clean (annual)

-HVAC Filter Replacement (annual, semi-annual, or quarterly)

-Smoke/CO2 Battery Replacement (annual)

-Garage Door Lubrication (annual)

We call it the Ladder Package as it addresses the maintenance items that typically require a ladder in order to be performed.  This reduces our clients risk by keeping them out of urgent-care from an accidental ladder fall.
